Review by hotel critic
As an interior designer passionate about modern Italian aesthetics, my recent gourmet getaway at Grana Barocco Art Hotel & Centro Benessere in Modica, Sicily, was a delight for all senses. The hotel's traditional local specialties took on new life in the magnificent setting of the restaurant, with glass floors overlooking ancient ruins, creating a dining experience that perfectly blended history and innovation.During breakfast, as I sipped my morning coffee, the boiling water reminded me of the centuries-old traditions of Sicilian cuisine. The culinary journey continued with dinner at Ristorante pizzeria La Contea, where the underground grotto setting added a touch of mystery to the exquisite flavors of the region.the hotel seamlessly integrated contemporary design with the rich heritage of Sicily, offering a unique experience that left me dreaming of my next visit. From the charming staff to the stunning decor, Grana Barocco Art Hotel is a hidden gem that shouldn't be missed.
